Due to the resistant characteristics of EPDM, this seal can be used in outdoor applications, such as edging for paving slabs to reduce any potential damage and tripping hazards, and for indoor use, where the applications are almost limitless. One popular use for this product is as a door or window seal. The sponge wedge will easily compress under pressure and will fill any irregularities, which enables it to provide a complete sealing solution. Durable and Easy to Install This product has been designed, specifically, to be able to withstand a variety of impacts, while still maintaining its original shape. This ensures that you are able to get a lot of use out of the product without fear of warping or deterioration. We manufacture this product from a high-quality EPDM rubber due to the unique properties the material offers. EPDM offers outstanding resistance to heat, ozone, and weathering, while also offering good resistance to both polar substances and steam. EPDM also has excellent electrical insulating properties, and is able to withstand a range of chemicals from ketones and ordinary diluted acids, to alkalis. Lastly, EPDM provides an airtight and watertight seal. This product can be cut using standard household tools to meet any size you require, and attached using one of our superglues.
